How the Program Works

The Apartment Concierge is as simple to activate, manage and use as it is powerful and effective, even for larger properties.

All it takes are a few easy steps.

Step One:
Your Property Manager or Leasing Agent issues a Visitor 30-Day Demo account or activates a new resident’s unlimited concierge services (branded in your property name) with an easy-to-use web-based Control Panel*.

Step Two:
An automated email/text with your property name is then sent to the visitor or resident welcoming them to your concierge services.

Step Three:
From that point, the visitor has 30 days to try the service, while your resident has unlimited access to your concierge services for the length of their lease.

Step Four:
Visitors and residents can then contact your concierge services by toll-free number, email, text, online request, or with a free downloadable TAC Mobile App. And they’ll hear your property name every time they do, no matter where they go.

*For your convenience, your TAC account manager will can also activate all of your residents at once through database integration.
