Issuing the Service is Easy
The Apartment Concierge provides a secure, customized web-based TAC Control Panel designed for you and your staff. Once logged on, the user-friendly interface lets you activate the concierge service for visitors and residents within seconds.

Once a property staff member issues either a visitor or resident package, the recipient will be sent both a branded email and text message within seconds. The email header, body, and signature bar will be completely customized to your property with your property’s name and logo. Your property can elect to program up to 3 custom text messages that will be sent out at predetermined times after the visitor package issuance. Follow-up text messages include opt out instructions that will stop future messages.
Then visitors and residents can simply call the toll free number provided in their “Welcome” text and/or email. One of our talented and friendly personal assistants will greet them by name, followed by a customized opening message with your property name. After getting help with any request or phone-based task they can possibly imagine, residents hear your property name again with your tagline or slogan. We do all the work, while your property receives all the credit, loyalty – and leases.
